The brand launched as a new UK-based premium t-shirt brand with a bold mission: make t-shirts that actually last. While fast fashion brands pump out disposable tees that shrink, fade, or fall apart after a few washes, they built their entire model around quality and sustainability — backed by a Lifetime Guarantee.Their flagship offer is bundles. Instead of selling single tees at full price, they push multi-pack bundles (prominently "3 for £20") that give customers incredible value while increasing average order value and building long-term loyalty.

Before the brand had meaningful traction. The founder had the product vision and the quality locked down, but needed someone to build the demand engine from zero.

The Challenge

Zero brand awareness

Starting from $0 revenue. Every single sale had to be earned through cold traffic with no existing customer base or social proof.

Higher AOV = Harder Conversion

The bundle offers (£20+ per transaction) had a higher conversion hurdle than a £10 single tee. Creatives had to communicate value quickly.

Creative Fatigue

With a focused 12 SKU product line, we couldn't rely on new drops. Fresh ad angles needed to come from lifestyle and messaging.
